Our Cross Training program is focused on making your sales team more productive. We use established strategies that will help you penetrate new accounts and also increase sales into your existing customer base.

There are a wide variety of programs offered depending on your specific needs. Our experience covers conventional face to face sales as well as phone based sales. A Cross Training program can be developed for an entire sales force or we can tailor individual coaching sessions. The most basic Cross Training program is a half day session focused on increasing revenue and profit. We touch upon a wide range of topics that include commitment, referral business, working an organizational chart, and time management just to name a few.

Cross Training programs are geared towards group settings with price being determined by the size of the group and length of training.

Individual Coaching sessions start at $250. During the session we will asses your goals and develop a plan to help you achieve these goals. There will be periodic follow up along the way to evaluate overall progress.
