About Us

Jim Cross, founder of The Cross Corp, has over 10 years of experience in technology sales and management. He started his corporate career with CDW in 1998. Beginning as a corporate account manager, he proved himself as a successful team asset and became the National Sales Manager of CDW’s enterprise sales division in 2001. Cross’ philosophy was straight forward and to the point; focus on the needs and wants of the customer and success will follow.

In 2005, Cross took the next step in his career by becoming VP of Sales for an emerging Chicagoland VAR. By sticking to his fundamental ideas of customer focus and proactive sales management his division saw more than a 100% increase in revenue within his first year on the team.

Cross has a BA in Economics from Eastern Illinois University and is a member of the Young Executives Club of Chicago.
